Job Summary
A mental health care network has an open position for a Remote Blended Care Coaching Operations Associate II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting coaches with client schedules in preparation for leaves of absence and terminations
- Supporting domestic and global client care transitions to different levels of care
- Managing client release of information requests in partnership with our clinical team and records department
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in Running and streamlining operational processes
- 2+ years experience in Provider relations and/or operations in a clinic, outpatient practice or inpatient setting
- Help Centers, Zendesk, Salesforce, Asana, and/or Jira experience
