Job Summary

A mental health care network has an open position for a Remote Blended Care Coaching Operations Associate II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supporting coaches with client schedules in preparation for leaves of absence and terminations
• Supporting domestic and global client care transitions to different levels of care
• Managing client release of information requests in partnership with our clinical team and records department

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in Running and streamlining operational processes
• 2+ years experience in Provider relations and/or operations in a clinic, outpatient practice or inpatient setting
• Help Centers, Zendesk, Salesforce, Asana, and/or Jira experience
