Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Blended Care Therapy Clinical Training Operations Lead.

Must be able to:

• Support the development of clinical training programs and resources for remote therapists
• Lead the day-to-day operations management of clinical training programs
• Build the right resources, information, and processes to enable successful replication

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience with clinical operations, clinical training, and change management
• Prior experience and passion for working closely with clinicians and clinical leadership
• Strong project management skills
• Fluent in using data to measure progress and impact on key metrics
• Past experience using project management software, like Asana
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
