Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Blended Care Therapy Provider Insights Operations Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading efforts to closely understand and measure provider engagement and retention
- Designing, building and managing ongoing quantitative and qualitative provider feedback loops
- Translating data insights into actionable initiatives for the Provider Engagement team
Position Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of experience in translating research and insights for operational impact
- Proven ability to build strategic, data-driven narratives that drive business and systems impact
- Fluency with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Strong fluency in Excel
- Strong project management skills
- Previous experience in people management with a demonstrated impact on individual growth
