Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Blockchain Legal Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting in-house legal team with requests as needed
  • Taking ownership of selected projects from idea to execution and post-closing monitoring
  • Reviewing, drafting and amending variety of commercial agreements, service agreements and NDAs

Qualifications Include:

  • Law degree from a leading university and legal training from an international law firm
  • 3-5 years experience as a practising lawyer or regulatory and compliance specialist
  • Awareness and basic knowledge and understanding of cross border legal and regulatory issues
  • At least basic awareness of and passion for Web 3.0
  • Fluent in English (for professional legal settings)
  • Excellent drafting and writing skills
