Job Summary

A financial asset management company is in need of a Remote Blockchain Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Investigate technical issues and communicate solutions
  • Monitor digital wallet logs in order to identify and escalate transaction issues
  • Solve balance discrepancies through account audits and locating unaccounted funds

Qualifications Include:

  • An understanding of multiple blockchain technologies
  • Experience using cryptocurrency wallets and trading platforms
  • The ability to understand relational databases and write complex SQL queries
  • Understanding of global financial markets, economics, or finance
  • General understanding of technical tools such as APIs, Datadog, Splunk, and Github
