Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Blood Donor Recruitment Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the region’s recruitment operation for mobile and fixed site allogeneic and specialized blood products to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual collection goals
- Making sales calls on high level executives to prospect additional client companies/organizations, and present the blood program
- Establishing strategic direction for recruitment efforts, implement staffing and deployment policies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, communications, sales or equivalent combination of related education and experience required
- Minimum seven years related experience including five years management experience required
- Knowledge of group dynamics, point of purchase and customer maintenance sales techniques and negotiation skills
- ability to effectively implement programs and excellent organizational skills
- ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, including training, presentation and negotiating skills
