Job Summary
A privately-held business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Blue Planet Junior Developer in Petaluma.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Design and develop customer driven applications
- Write applications utilizing open-source software for Python, REST APIs and any other customer driven requirement
- Lead teams of 3-8 engineers to design and develop customer-driven applications to provide network automation at-scale.
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Have 'agile' in your DNA and get excited about having newly developed features getting released to a live production site in a matter of days (even hours)
- Are smart and are looking to be challenged by solving complex problems
- Enjoy developing modular software designed to scale and built to last
- Able to handle a wide array of tasks ranging from prototyping new techniques and technologies, to developing test automation, and supporting our growing customer base
- Capable of writing quality code with high availability for large-scale applications in carrier class networking and cloud based environments
