Job Summary
A state government is in need of a Remote BMV Trainer in Mishawaka.
Must be able to:
- Prepare and deliver technical and soft skills via in-person training programs in multiple areas
- Design, develop lesson plans, objectives, courses necessary to oversee implementation of project
- Prepare and deliver online training programs including blended learning and instructor-led distance learning
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associates degree is preferred but not required
- Advanced knowledge of management science
- Thorough knowledge of best practices in development and implementation of adult education programs
- Advanced knowledge of general psychology or education with advanced knowledge of adult learning principles
- At least one to two years of experience working in Learning Management Systems
- At least two years’ experience with working within training program goals; and in setting and managing priorities
