Job Summary
An educational company is in need of a Remote Board and Partner Relations Director in Herndon.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and supporting leaders during times of turmoil
- Assisting to refine and improve the interactions between board members/partners and leaders
- Identifying and developing the appropriate metrics and measures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
- Demonstrated success with board or similar third-party relationships
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in school leadership roles in education or related field or equivalent
- Understanding of the relationship between the company, school, board, and authorizers
- Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
- Exceptional management and communication skills
