Job Summary
A heating and air condition company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Booking Agent in Salt Lake City.
Must be able to:
- Call current and former clients to persuade them to schedule maintenance services
- Call current and former clients to sell new equipment
- Coordinate with the service manager and dispatchers to fill the schedule
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Keyboarding skills of 35+ WPM
- Proficiency with web-based software
- Excellent phone skills
- Ability to learn and remember product knowledge
- Customer service and sales skills
