A company is looking for a Multi-Client Bookkeeper (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly transactions for clients in QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
• Prepare and file sales tax returns and review financial statements
• Meet with clients via Zoom to discuss financial reports and provide ongoing support

Required Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping or a service-based accounting role
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online is required
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software
