Job Summary

A boutique accounting and consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Bookkeeper.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounts receivable and accounts payable process
• Prepare and book payroll allocations and overhead costs
• Manage the monthly and annual accounting close process and schedule

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent
• 2+ years of progressive accounting working with nonprofit organizations
• Expert with technology such as LastPass, Zoom, MS Office, G-Suite
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently
• Accuracy and attention to detail are required
