Job Summary
A non-profit organization for flute players needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bookkeeper.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Verify that transactions are recorded correctly in the ledgers
- Perform checks of the posting process
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years’ experience in bookkeeping, finance, accounting or business administration
- Thorough understanding and experience of non-profit finance and accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks Online, and knowledge of integrated database systems
- High school or equivalent
- Experience working with tax requirements in more than one state
- QuickBooks: 3 years
