Job Summary

A planning and consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Bookkeeper.

Must be able to:

Work with multiple clients each month to maintain bookkeeping
Enter data into QuickBooks
Reconcile client accounts to ensure accuracy

Qualifications for this position include:

2-year experience with Quickbooks
Experience with managing at least 15 client accounts at one time
Moderate knowledge of Excel
Experience communicating with clients regarding their company financials
General accounting knowledge (understanding of debits and credits)
