Remote Bookkeeper
Job Summary
An accounting company is in need of a Remote Bookkeeper.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a portfolio of clients with various levels of complexity
- Preparing monthly financial statements for clients
- Collaborating with each client to obtain supporting documents
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience with QuickBooks desktop and online, Gusto, Xero and/or other comparable platforms
- Comfortable with technology and other various platforms, such as MS Office, Skype, Zoom, VOIP, Google suite etc
- Dedicated home office space
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with both clients and team members
- Ability to work under deadlines
