Job Summary

An accounting process automation company is filling a position for a Remote Bookkeeper Accountant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing and maintaining workpapers
  • Processing payroll and record related entries
  • Retrieving bank statements for month end reconciliations

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Embrace and enjoy working with new technology
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
  • Willingness to learn additional accounting platforms such as Xero, Sage, Intacct, NetSuite, Great Plains, etc.
  • Experience with startups, small businesses, and/or non-profits
  • Consistently positive attitude
  • Experience doing a significant portion of the monthly close
