Job Summary

A financial support company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bookkeeper and Accountant in Chicago.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing each client with the best possible accounting solutions
• Executing processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable management
• Managing day-to-day relationships with clients

Qualifications for this position include:

• Working with multiple clients and optimizing their accounting workflow
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of demonstrated ability to provide detailed level bookkeeping support
• 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks
• Capacity to work 20-30 hours a week during daytime business hours
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing
