Job Summary
A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Bookkeeper and Office Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Running AP/AR, invoicing, general ledger, account and bank reconciliation
- Preparing and distributing monthly financial statements
- Supporting annual audit, tax preparation, and annual filings for charitable registrations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to travel for events, summits, training and work from home after satisfactory completion of in-person orientation period
- Must have proven office management and administrative experience
- Must have excellent bookkeeping skills and experience developing organizational budgets
- Must have strong analytical skills, with the ability to problem solve independently
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Must have substantial experience using double-entry accounting systems (QuickBooks Online, Xero, etc.) Google Apps Suite, Salesforce, and Dropbox
