Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Bookkeeper in Salt Lake City.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Using Quickbooks Online to generate and send invoices and statements to clients
  • Assisting senior management with various projects
  • Using Quickbooks Online to input expenses, make payments to vendors, assisting with payroll, and generating reports

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Quickbooks Online
  • Bookkeeping / finance / accounting background
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Strong spreadsheet or presentation software skills
  • Experience in automotive or powersports industry
