Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is seeking a Remote Bookkeeping Operations Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Run AP/AR and managing vendor relations
- Process, as well as track, all event payments, sponsorships, and scholarships
- Support preparation and distribution of monthly financial statements
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel/work away from home as needed at least once per quarter
- Experience working with a diverse and distributed team
- Proven bookkeeping and operational support experience
- Experience using double-entry accounting systems, Google Apps Suite, Salesforce, and Dropbox
