Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Remote Bookkeeping Operations Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Run AP/AR and managing vendor relations
  • Process, as well as track, all event payments, sponsorships, and scholarships
  • Support preparation and distribution of monthly financial statements

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel/work away from home as needed at least once per quarter
  • Experience working with a diverse and distributed team
  • Proven bookkeeping and operational support experience
  • Experience using double-entry accounting systems, Google Apps Suite, Salesforce, and Dropbox
