Job Summary
A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bookkeeping Talent Acquisition Partner.
Must be able to:
- Implement recruiting strategies for various regional locations/franchises
- Train hiring managers on interviewing skills, acquisition process, and retention
- Ensure that all administrative work is done in a timely manner
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of professional full-cycle recruiting experience
- Demonstrated experience in building relationships with clients and candidates
- Experience developing and executing recruitment in varied regional markets
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems, and social media outlets
