Job Summary
A global food and beverage company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bottled Water Customer Service Representative in Tampa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to incoming calls
- Handling difficult customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Entering information into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 year previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to display business maturity at all times
- Ability to work weekdays and Saturdays
- Ability to work efficiently without on-site supervision
