Job Summary

A global food and beverage company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bottled Water Customer Service Representative in Tampa.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to incoming calls
  • Handling difficult customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Entering information into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1 year previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to display business maturity at all times
  • Ability to work weekdays and Saturdays
  • Ability to work efficiently without on-site supervision
