Job Summary
A systems integration company is filling a position for a Remote BPO Associate in Oklahoma City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Fielding between 75 to 100 calls a day
- Communicating effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues
- Providing front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- 6+ months of experience in a role that required you to communicate effectively in a professional/office setting
- 6+ months of experience in a role that required attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work product
- An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED Preferences
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional/office related environment that required you to work regularly scheduled shifts.
- At least 1 year of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools
