Job Summary
An insurance agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote BPO Call Center Quality Support Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying education opportunities for call center teams
- Supporting all BPO Quality Audits including dedicated books of business, special audits and request
- Assisting in innovative platform developments for all BPO books of business, resource maintenance and question boxes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma required
- Maintains current understanding of technical process/equipment
- Adapts to change, open to new ideas and responsibilities
- Intermediate experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities
- Meets deadlines, establishes appropriate priority, and completes tasks assigned in timely manner
