Job Summary
A systems integration company is filling a position for a Remote BPO Technical Writing Analyst in Quincy.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Participate with the project team in the planning and testing phases of new software releases/updates and workflows
- Attend project planning and development meetings
- Write and edit technical documentation for assigned projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or similar discipline
- 2+ years of writing technical documentation or equivalent experience
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Knowledge of technical writing principles, including topic-based writing and workflows
- Experience delivering content through a variety of methods including web portals, online help, and print technical guides
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
