Job Summary

A financial services and investment firm has a current position open for a Remote Branch Accounting Service Specialist II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Serving as a phone service representative, spending a great deal of time answering phone calls
• Answering incoming requests related to branch expenses to include Financial Advisor compensation
• Working independently with branch associates to solve problems

Qualifications Include:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
