Job Summary

A bank is in need of a Remote Branch Operations Quality Review Team Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily production activities
  • Assist in development and maintenance of procedures
  • Facilitate comprehensive training

Qualifications Include:

  • 4+ years banking operations or retail banking experience
  • 1+ year of prior knowledge of Regulatory operations and/or KYC/CIP
  • Proven ability to lead projects and/or teams
  • Strong awareness of regulatory environment
  • Ability to look for ways to improve and promote quality
