Job Summary

A financial services firm has a current position open for a Remote Branch Performance Development Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and delivering support tools, resources and longer term support strategy
  • Consulting with senior business leaders to understand needs
  • Managing internal divisional relationships or vendor relationships

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s in Adult Learning, Human Resources, Organization Development, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in training or performance development related work
  • 3-5 years experience in branch interfacing roles with growing span of influence and leadership
  • Expert knowledge and experience in training, coaching, competency development, and team development
  • Expert knowledge of project-management tools and experience in large scale project leadership
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and effective reporting
