Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Production Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the loan pipeline from Loan Setup to Closing, ensuring timely milestones
• Act as the primary contact for borrowers and real estate agents, providing proactive updates
• Lead team coordination and identify areas for process improvement and training needs

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in loan processing, underwriting, or related fields
• Strong understanding of loan compliance and quality control standards
• Proficiency in using pipeline management software, preferably ARIVE
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively
• Demonstrated experience in client and agent communication
