A footwear company has an open position for a Remote Brand Ambassador Customer Experience Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as a passionate advocate and brand ambassador the footwear company
- Leverage product knowledge to educate and convert customers into buyers
- Engage with customers via phone, chat, social media, SMS and email channels
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1 year experience in a customer facing role or equivalent
- Available weekends, mornings, and evenings
- Results driven with a sales mentality
- Expert in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Intermediate Excel skills
