Job Summary
A global marketing agency has a current position open for a Remote Brand Client Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading a team of individual contributors who work directly with clients on a daily basis
- Providing management and professional guidance to team through one-on-one meetings
- Recruiting, hiring and developing team members
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
- Exceptional technical and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and develop new solutions
- Strong communication skills (email, phone, presentations, in-person)
- Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines and client expectations while liaising with other departments
