Job Summary
A promotional products provider is in need of a Remote Brand Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Efficiently and timely qualifying of incoming sales leads, registering contacts, and processing customer requests
- Buildig brand loyalty though customer education and excellent customer service
Qualifications for this position include:
- Inside sales or call center prior experience
- Fluency in promotional / branded products
- Fluency in decorated apparel – features, use, good/better/best and be able to recommend to all clients
