A social media company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Brands and Marketing Paralegal.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Apply project management techniques and tools to plan and lead small and large-scale undertakings
- Support the naming clearance process by assisting in trademark clearances
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of experience in the legal field as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or related area
- Experience performing legal review of marketing and promotional initiatives
- Analytical experience with broad perspective to anticipate and preempt future needs
