Remote Breast Radiologist
Job Summary
To support outpatient imaging centers, the part-time Remote Breast Radiologist will read various types of mammograms and breast imaging studies, provide real-time consultations to patients, and collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality patient care in a flexible remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Read 2D and 3D screening and diagnostic mammograms, breast ultrasounds, and breast MRI
- Support technologists and sonographers with real-time guidance
- Collaborate with technical and administrative staff to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care
Required qualifications
- ABR or AOBR board-certified
- 2+ years of experience in women's imaging
- Fellowship training in breast imaging preferred
- Continuing medical education credits meeting MQSA requirements
- Knowledge and ability to use dictation systems and PACS
