Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Broker Agent Service Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Evaluate business processes and develop and analyze business requirements
  • Identify areas of improvement associated with business processes
  • Execute manual user acceptance testing within a test environment

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of BASICS broker compensation system
  • 1+ years of QA or User Acceptance Testing experience
  • 1+ years of experience Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with a high volume of data including test data mining
  • Ability to support multiple release deployments as applicable
