Job Summary
A real estate company has a current position open for a Remote Brokerage Operations Administrative Assistant.
Must be able to:
- Greet and facilitate connections in the World Brokerage Operations office
- Manage and maintain executive schedules
- Answer and direct calls to appropriate executives and parties
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3+ years of executive level administrative support experience
- Problem solving ability
- Advanced MS Office and Google Tools experience
- Exceptional communication skills
