Job Summary

A business software developer has an open position for a Remote BSA AML Compliance Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive written BSA/AML/OFAC policies and procedures and monitor for compliance
  • Conducting BSA/AML/OFAC risk assessments, at least annually
  • Coordinating and overseeing an effective BSA/AML/OFAC Compliance Program

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a BSA/AML leadership role at a mid-large size bank or consulting firm.
  • Four-year college degree
  • AML or Fraud related certification (e.g., CAMS, CFCS, CFE)
  • Advanced knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to BSA/AML/OFAC and fraud management
  • Experience working and successfully interacting with federal regulatory agencies, specifically the OCC
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
