Remote BSA Real Estate Loan Underwriter

Job Summary

An internet development company has a current position open for a Remote BSA Real Estate Loan Underwriter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Underwriting a client’s building experience and building credentials as part of the initial application
• Answering client questions and attend to client needs post approval
• Working with a client and third-party vendors to compile and underwrite necessary information on new and in-process projects.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree with a preferred 3.5 GPA or better
• At least 2 years of SBA experience or 2 years of financial analysis or accounting experience
• Prior SBA lending experience of any type
• A deep and genuine interest in real estate and accounting/financial analysis.
