Job Summary
A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Budget and Tax Campaign Associate and Social Media Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Strategizing on national budget, tax, and nutrition policies that boost families
- Writing outreaches to members in user-friendly language
- Working in coalition with partners on strategies to move our policies forward
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with social media (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) and blogging
- Proficiency in email communications is critical
- Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
- Experience working in a related field and knowledge of campaign focus area
- Experience with national budget, tax, nutrition/hunger issues
