Job Summary
A global electrical engineering company is in need of a Remote Building Automation Solutions Inside Sales Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Processing internal and external orders and applicable associated activities utilizing an online ordering portal and internal ERP system
- Providing exception customer support
- Supporting technical services and training personnel with course logistics, registrations and venue
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associates Degree or HS diploma/equivalent with minimum 5 years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM applications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
