Job Summary
A cabinetry product company is in need of a Remote Building Materials Customer Service Representative in Sioux Falls.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as the key interface to customers in response to customer inquiries
- Effectively communicating with customers, team, sales, and management
- Assessing customer-related problems or issues to develop and implement appropriate resolution
Position Requirements Include:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Accurate keying & documentation
- Exceptional math skills, specifically fractions
- The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
