Job Summary
A building materials company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Building Materials Customer Service Representative in Sioux Falls.
Must be able to:
- Serve as key interface to customers in responding to customer inquiries
- Effectively communicate with customers, team, sales, and management
- Assess customer-related problems or issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong service mentality – dedicated to satisfying the customer
- Order entry and computer skills – Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
- Exceptional math skills (specifically fractions)
