Job Summary
A building materials company has an open position for a Remote Building Materials Retail Sales Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries from sales leadership
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Assess problems or issues to determine and implement appropriate resolutions
Position Requirements Include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is minimally required
- Prior customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Strong understanding of basic product knowledge
- Ability to handle negativity and remain positive
