Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Building Solution Products Business Development Representative in Manhattan.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Set-up together with the GM annual sales budgets, pricing strategies
- Provide technical specifications for products and systems
- Ensure qualitative/quantitative results (target budgets)
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ensure a constant presence in trade fairs, exhibitions, architectural events, conferences, and technical seminars
- Commercial/marketing/technical promotion expertise
- 3 - 5 years of Sales experience
- Deep knowledge of the building industry and dynamics
- Experience in operating in architectural/design environment
- Capability to manage key contracting and set up and deploy new strategies
