Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Building Solution Products Business Development Representative in Manhattan.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Set-up together with the GM annual sales budgets, pricing strategies
  • Provide technical specifications for products and systems
  • Ensure qualitative/quantitative results (target budgets)

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ensure a constant presence in trade fairs, exhibitions, architectural events, conferences, and technical seminars
  • Commercial/marketing/technical promotion expertise
  • 3 - 5 years of Sales experience
  • Deep knowledge of the building industry and dynamics
  • Experience in operating in architectural/design environment
  • Capability to manage key contracting and set up and deploy new strategies
