Job Summary
A financial services holding company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Analyst 3.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing business analysis plans, estimates, and communication plans
- Using collaboration and investigative work to analyze process and system current state using techniques such as dataflow diagrams, functional decomposition, interviews, and analysis of metrics/KPIs
- Facilitating structured process improvement events (example – Value Stream Mapping)
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 6 – 10 years of appropriate work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate with business partners, business leaders, and IT staff
- Strong analytical, questioning, and listening skills with the ability to identify organizational impact including gaps
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under deadline pressures
- Solid problem solving, decision making, process thinking, and organization skills
- Ability to work on large scale strategic initiatives that cross business units and meet established deadlines
