Remote Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a healthcare technology engineering team, the full-time remote Business Analyst will gather and refine business and technical requirements, translate high-level needs into actionable user stories, and collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure clear and executable requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and refine business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Translate high-level needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain the product backlog in partnership with product and engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of Business Analyst or similar experience in a software development environment
• Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to translate vague or complex requirements into structured deliverables
• Experience collaborating with developers and QA teams
