Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Documenting and analyzing current state business processes
  • Conducting meetings with stakeholders to gather user requirements
  • Writing user stories and lead backlog grooming/refinement sessions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role
  • 6+ years of overall IT experience with significant involvement in software development
  • Experience with both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies
