Job Summary
A digital security and solutions provider is in need of a Remote Business Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with the end users and project stakeholders to determine user requirements for new systems as well as enhancements, modifications and upgrades to existing applications
- Develop procedures for testing programs and define how programs interact in multi-program systems
- Conduct a thorough QA, documenting results and identifying actions that assure the final system meets the users’ needs and requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA Degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform with Business process automation and related tools
- Knowledge with Development Tools and languages such as SQL, HTML, Javascript
- Experience with diagramming tools such as Visio, Lucid Chart etc
- US Citizenship
