Job Summary

An industrial technology company is filling a position for a Remote Business Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments to align ideas and solutions with business initiatives
• Establish and maintain traceability between customer needs, requirements, and implementation
• Maintain in-depth understanding of key business goals, processes, and metrics - proactively adjusts reporting mechanisms and analysis to meet changing business requirements

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• 3 + years of relevant experience
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into application specifications
• Highly motivated, self-starting, and independent thinking habits in a team environment

• Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum development process as it applies to enterprise software applications
