Remote Business Analyst

Job Summary

A nonprofit mutual insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Support business operations by performing analytical work requiring root cause analysis
• Test and document of system(s)
• Maintain and document existing business processes and/or system

Qualifications Include:

• High School diploma or Equivalent
• Three (3) years of analysis and/or research experience with a complex system technology
• Possess in-depth knowledge of insurance technology systems
• Proficiency working with MS Office Suite, such as Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
